BOOKING SERVICE

The Media Center provides registered journalists with booking services for interview rooms, live stand-up position, radio, satellite transmission, and TV facilities. Reservations can be made by filling out the Media Service Request Form on a first-come, first-served basis.

Applicants need to complete the relevant request forms. Then, the Media Center will review and confirm the form details. The final booking approval is subject to confirmation by the Media Center staff. Once successfully booked, applicants can access the requested services on-site.

Interview Room 1

The room is approximately 61 square meters, equipped with a themed backdrop for the 2025 ZGC Forum Annual Conference, professional lighting, wired network interfaces, power outlets, chairs, etc., to meet the needs for media interviews.

Interview Room 2

The room is approximately 42 square meters, equipped with a themed backdrop for the 2025 ZGC Forum Annual Conference, professional lighting, wired network interfaces, power outlets, chairs, etc., to meet the needs for media interviews.
